As we want to provide great services and the perfect home to our tenants it's important all properties comply with all legal obligation. Some shown below.

Energy Performance Cert
A copy of the Energy Performance Certificate, which shows the energy performance rating of the property you are renting, must be provided at the start of your tenancy
Annual Gas Safety Check
A valid annual gas safety check and certificate covering any Gas appliances must be available before a tenant moves in. This must be carried out by a Gas Safe Registered Engineer.
Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarms
At least one smoke alarm should be installed on each floor of the property. A Carbon Monoxide alarm must be fitted in any room that contains a solid fuel burning combustion appliance. These must be working at the start of the tenancy.
